Может ваш модуль привязан к одной из этих позиций. Присвойте модулю любую произвольную позицию, и привяжите ко всем страницам - должно работать

Пробовал, модуль работает лишь в позициях top и bottom, не знаю с чем это связано

As far as I know, there will be an update for Joomla 4. Templates and page builders will be able to be updated on Joomla 4. You shouldn't have to redo all of them or migrate
 
So much has been redone in jooma 4, and not every theme and extension will work. I don't think version 2.5 will just work. We'll have to upgrade to 2.6. It says here that only 2.6 will support joomla 4
